No pets are allowed at any time in any cabin or on the grounds. 

Fishing Policy
Chito Beach Resort is the North Coast’s exclusive non-fishing resort
No processing or cleaning fish on Chito Beach Resort property
No coolers or ice chests permitted inside cottages
No boat or trailer parking
Quiet hours 11:00pm - 6:00am

Occupancy

All cottages are double or single occupancy only.

Minimum Stays

We have a 4 night minimum, typically Thursday thru Monday

Payments

Payment is due at time of booking.

Cancellations: 

A full refund, less a $50 credit card processing fee, will be provided for cancellations prior to 21 days before your arrival date. No refunds provided within 21 days, for no shows, or early departures.

Cleaning & Damage Policy

All cooking utensils, pots, pans and dishes must be cleaned and trash placed in waste baskets upon departure. Any items lost, stolen or damaged will be noted and charged to you at replacement cost. A cleaning fee of up to $200 can be charged at our discretion if additional cleaning, or rewashing of dishes is required.

Check in is 3:00 p.m.

Check out is 11:00 a.m. 

Smoking
All units are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Ash 'pots' are located outside each cabin.

Extra Linens

A $25 fee will be charged for extra linens

Laundry

Laundry facilities are for housekeeping only. No guest laundry services are available on site.

Recycling

We are able to recycle cardboard and aluminum cans locally.  Containers are provided on site.  We encourage you to "pack out" and recylce your own plastic and glass if possible.

Safety
Lock all windows and doors when you leave. 
Do not use candles or open flames in the cabin or put anything near the electric baseboard heaters and stoves.

Parking
Each cabin has one assigned one car parking space. Please be considerate of other guests when loading or unloading your vehicle.  No boats, trailers, or RVs permitted.

Repairs
Please let us know if anything breaks or becomes damaged during your stay so that we can have it repaired in a timely manner.

Grills
There is a large propane grill located in the common picnic/bonfire area. All cottages are stocked with basic grill utensils. Please remember to bring all grilling utensils back to your cottage.

Chito Beach Resort will not be held liable or responsible for any damages to personal property or injuries that may occur while you are staying on the property. You are responsible for your own safety and that of others with you. Please take caution of the risks in and around this remote location. Be aware of hazards such as hot stoves in cabins, slippery rocks and wood on and around the beach, sharp broken shells, and wildlife.
